Based in Hertfordshire, National Lock & Safe (NLS) is one of the UK's leading Locksmith Services.
They needed to streamline their processes with an automated data base, providing a higher level of customer service than they could currently offer.
The problem
The business generated a lot of paper in their day-to-day operations which often proved chaotic with two operational sites to run.
Invoicing in particular was proving to be a time-consuming affair for their staff. Something needed to change. They needed all their information in one place instead of being spread out across desks, between departments, in drawers and ‘in trays’.
The solution
Staff needed to be able to respond to customer enquiries at all times and so required a seamless on-line database system for both offices that could speed up processes and also enhance team communication.
After an extensive internet search and tenders from three companies, Evergreen was chosen to build a bespoke web application for National Lock & Safe.
The database system enables staff to respond to order requests in real time and from any web-enabled computer nationwide, providing their engineers with all the information needed to conduct the required jobs.
